BRUCE THOMAS
Bruce Thomas manages the security services division for MILLERGROUP. Mr. Thomas is a 27-year veteran of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. He retired in 2014 as a Sergeant assigned to the Homeland Security division.
Under MILLERGROUP, Mr. Thomas oversees all protection details, security site surveys and multi-agent public and private events that require security and/or risk assessment.
Mr. Thomas is a recognized Crime Prevention expert certified by the State of California Crime Prevention Officer’s Association. His expertise has been featured on local and national television shows discussing a variety of safety-related topics.
In the private sector, Mr. Thomas has supervised security at events ranging from small and intimate celebrity weddings to extravagant Hollywood Award Ceremonies including the Academy Awards and the Golden Globes. Mr. Thomas, while traveling extensively, has also managed security for Royalty, Cabinet members and heads of state.
Mr. Thomas has written dozens of tactical operations and logistics manuals involving various high profile events and responses, in both the public and private sectors.
Mr. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Northridge. His exceptional skills and experience package allow MILLERGROUP to provide a vast array of security-related services to its clients.
